Management Services
Their original website did not present their content in an efficient or clear manner. The dull look of the website lacked appeal and did not promote the company in a positive manner.
DRMS primarily serves local and state government agencies, including county clerks, county recorders, sheriff’s offices, county attorneys, libraries, and finance departments. The audience consists of government officials and IT decision-makers looking for secure, compliant, and efficient software solutions to manage public records, land documents, and accounting workflows.
The site needed to communicate a highly technical, government-focused software offering, document scanning, county automation, land records, in a way that builds trust with risk-averse public sector clients. The challenge was presenting 20+ years of experience, patent-pending technology, and compliance credentials (FBI/CJIS standards) clearly, while avoiding an overly corporate or generic feel common in GovTech websites.
Considering the multiple service pages, solutions section, and strategy-focused content, the project was planned over a 4-week timeline, covering discovery and content structuring, design and development in WordPress, and a final review phase with the client before going live.
The approach centered on positioning DRMS as a specialized, innovation-driven leader in government records management rather than a generic software vendor. Content was organized around clear differentiators, vertical specialization, platform strategy, and compliance leadership, supported by achievement counters (20+ years, 250+ clients) to reinforce credibility. Service and strategy sections were structured to walk government decision-makers through capability, trust, and proof points in a logical sequence.
The homepage opens with a clear positioning statement, “Innovation is at our core, Service is in our DNA,” supported by core service highlights like Secure Document Scanning and Customer Service Excellence. Key sections walk visitors through services, differentiation strategy, achievements, and client testimonials in a structured flow built to establish credibility with government stakeholders. The layout balances technical detail with digestible visuals to keep the page approachable despite the dense subject matter.
The mobile layout was optimized to keep dense, multi-section content (services, strategy, achievements) easily scannable through stacked cards and properly scaled icons. Navigation was simplified for smaller screens, ensuring government clients could access services and contact information without friction on mobile devices.
