Website

TeachLearnLead was created to provide a resource for educators accross the globe to connect people to new ideas, people and inspiration. The website hosts a podcast, resources for professional development, teaching, as well as leadership. Furthermore, the website lists schools so users can search for career opportunities. Overall, TeachLearnLead aims to be a complete tool for those seeking to be in the field of education.

Project Overview

Target Audience

Teach Learn Lead targets educators, school leaders, youth entrepreneurs, and personal/professional development seekers looking for thought leadership resources, coaching, and consulting services. The audience also includes institutions and schools seeking executive support, along with readers and followers interested in Dean J. Fusto’s books, podcasts, and global community initiatives around leadership and cultural understanding.

Problem Statement

With over 26 collections across Teach, Learn, Lead, and Career Pathways libraries, plus coaching services, books, and media features, the site needed a clear structure to help visitors navigate a large volume of content without feeling overwhelmed. The challenge was organizing diverse offerings, library collections, consulting services, publications, and testimonials, into an intuitive flow that builds credibility for Dean’s personal brand while guiding different visitor types toward the right resource.

Project Duration

Given the scope, multiple library sections, about/journey pages, consulting services, and content organization, the project was structured over a 3-4 week timeline covering content architecture, design and development in WordPress/Elementor, and final revisions before launch.

The Approach

The approach focused on establishing TLL’s mission and founder’s story upfront to build credibility before directing visitors into the four core library collections. Testimonials from students, educators, and global partners were woven throughout to reinforce trust and showcase real-world impact. Navigation was structured around clear categories (Libraries, About, Connect, Thought Partner LLC) so different visitor types, educators, students, institutions, could quickly find relevant content.

Homepage

The homepage opens with the TLL mission statement, establishing the platform’s founding story and purpose before introducing the four core libraries, Teach, Learn, Lead, and Career Pathways. Visual cards guide visitors into each collection, while testimonials from students, educators, and global partners build trust further down the page. The layout closes with community engagement and book promotion sections to convert visitors into followers or customers.

Mobile Experience

The mobile layout keeps the library cards and testimonial carousel easily scannable through a simplified, stacked structure on smaller screens. Navigation was condensed into a hamburger menu to manage the site’s large number of pages without overwhelming mobile visitors.
